& Recommendation fees :
- File fees : Chf 50.- per person
- Additional fees : flight only: 10 % of the total amount
(minimum Chf 70.-, maximum Chf 500.-)
- Additional fees : rent-a-car only: Chf 30.-
- Additional fees : hotel only: Chf 50.-
- Additional fees : issuing air tickets with on miles
basis: Chf 100.-
Cancelation
& Modyfing conditions :
All cancelation of trip after confirmation has to be
reported to DooDooTravel,
Mégroz & Vernet by
written (only registered post). In any case, all travel
document allready recieved, should be returned at the same
time to DooDooTravel,
Mégroz & Vernet. To
specify the date of cancelation, the opening day-date of
the post recieved is valid.
In case of any modification or cancelation of the reserved
performance, DooDooTravel,
Mégroz & Vernet will
receive Chf 200.- per person as file fees.
In addition of the file fees, following fees will be taken
:
Forfaiting
packages organized by
DooDooTravel, Mégroz & Vernet
:
- from 180to 45 days before the day of departure : 30 % of
the total amount
- from 44 to 20 days before the day of departure : 50 % of
the total amount
- from 19 to 9 days before the day of departure : 75 % of
the total amount
- as from 8 days before the day of departure : 100 % of the
total amount
